My name is Madison Duhl. I am a first year nursing student at the University of Cincinnati. I love photography and writing, and my whole life has centered around music. You can always catch me at a piano singing my heart out, or on stage in a theatre performance.
I am making this website to keep a document my life and college experiences, to recall the countless memories I have of my friends and family, and to experience the world in a new way
Sometimes, to get the best picture, your subject has to contribute to get the perfect shot. I love this picture because it emits the feeling of friendship, as we have come together to make something so beautiful
Alexis and I got a henna tattoo before we did this shoot. I thought it would add a nice touch to a normal picture. It seemed to add just enough flare to make the rest of the picture pop.
It is hard to describe what happens when you tell your subject to make their "serious face." Each person seems to be just a little different. From this picture, you would think that Anabelle was a very serious and calm person. She has her moments, but she is usually smiling and happy. Photography can catch the side of a person that not everyone else gets to see.
